Be the brand that ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot recommend
Your buyers stopped scrolling ten blue links. They ask an assistant and act on the answer. We make your brand the source that answer is built from — and we measure it, prompt by prompt, every week.
No long-term lock-in · Reporting in English, Russian, Latvian, Swedish or German

GEO is not SEO with a new name
Search engines rank pages. Generative engines assemble answers. Those are different games with different winners — and the second one rewards whoever is easiest to quote and verify, not whoever has the most backlinks.
| Classic SEO | Generative Engine Optimization | |
|---|---|---|
| Goal | Rank a URL in a list of results | Be the source the generated answer is built from |
| Unit of work | Keyword → landing page | Buyer question → a verifiable claim about you |
| What wins | Relevance and link authority for a query | Entity clarity, quotable facts, third-party corroboration |
| Measurement | Positions, impressions, clicks | Share of voice in answers, citation rate, how you are described |
| Main levers | On-page, technical, backlinks | Consistent entity data, structured facts, where models read about you |
| Freshness | Helps, rarely decisive | Decisive — 76% of ChatGPT's most-cited pages were updated in the last 30 days |
You still need SEO. Gemini inherits Google's ranking infrastructure, and AI Overviews are built on top of the organic index — so classic SEO remains the foundation. GEO is the layer above it, and we run both from one roadmap.
What we actually do
Six workstreams. Every one of them ends in something shipped — a fix on your site, a page published, a mention earned or a number in your dashboard.
AI visibility audit
We run your real buyer questions through five engines and record whether you appear, how you are described and which competitor is cited instead. That is your baseline.
Prompt & intent research
Keywords are not prompts. We build the question set your buyers actually type — comparisons, shortlists, “best X for Y”, objections — and track it weekly.
Entity & knowledge graph
Models need to know what your company is before they recommend it. We align your brand facts across your site, Wikidata, directories, review platforms and the Google Knowledge Graph.
Answer-ready content
Content rewritten to be extractable: a direct answer up front, statistics, named sources, quotes and clean structure. The Princeton/Georgia Tech GEO study found these traits lift AI visibility by 30–40%.
Structured data & llms.txt
Organization, Service, Product, FAQ and Article schema done properly, plus crawler access for GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and ClaudeBot.
Citation sources & digital PR
Models quote the places they trust: industry media, comparison sites, directories, forums, Reddit. We get you into the sources that already rank for your category.
Engines we track and optimise for
How the engagement runs
First numbers in week two. First movement in answers usually between week six and twelve.
Audit & baseline
Prompt set built, five engines queried, competitors mapped. You get a scored baseline and a ranked list of what is blocking you.
Fix the foundation
Entity data, schema, crawler access, site structure and the pages that answer your money questions. This is the part most agencies skip.
Earn the citations
Placements, data assets and expert commentary in the sources the models already read for your category and your markets.
Track & iterate
Weekly prompt tracking, monthly report with share of voice and sentiment, quarterly roadmap review. We drop what does not move the number.
What you get, concretely
No vague “AI readiness scores”. Every item below is a file, a page, a shipped change or a line in your dashboard.
- AI visibility dashboard — share of voice per engine, per prompt, over time
- Tracked prompt set of 100–300 buyer questions, reviewed and expanded monthly
- Competitor citation map — who gets quoted for your category and from where
- Entity consistency fixes across your site, Wikidata, directories and review sites
- Schema implementation — Organization, Service, Product, FAQ, Article, breadcrumbs
- llms.txt and robots policy tuned for every major AI crawler
- Answer-ready content: rewrites of existing pages plus new pages for uncovered questions
- Earned mentions in the third-party sources that models cite for your niche
- Monthly report in plain language: what moved, what did not, what is next
Three ways to start
Most clients begin with the audit, then move to a retainer once they can see the baseline. Pricing depends on market count, language count and how much content needs rework — you get a fixed quote after the audit call.

Questions we get asked
How is GEO different from SEO in practice?
SEO earns a position in a list of links. GEO earns a mention inside a generated answer, where there is no list and often only two or three sources get named.
Day to day that changes what we work on. Less chasing a keyword's position, more making sure your core facts are consistent everywhere a model might read them, that your claims are verifiable, and that independent sources say the same thing about you.
How long before we see something?
You see your baseline in week two — that part is measurement, not waiting. Movement in the answers themselves usually starts between week six and week twelve.
ChatGPT has a strong recency bias, so freshly published and freshly updated material can get picked up within weeks. Entity and knowledge-graph work is slower: budget a quarter for it to settle.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?
No, and nobody honestly can. The models are closed, they change without notice, and the same prompt can return different sources on different days.
What we can do is make you the easiest brand in your category to quote and verify, then show you the citation rate moving. If it is not moving, we change the approach — and you see that in the monthly report, not six months later.
How do you measure something that has no rank tracker?
We run your tracked prompt set against each engine on a fixed schedule and record three things: whether you are mentioned, whether you are linked, and how you are described.
From that you get share of voice per engine, citation rate per prompt, and sentiment. We also tag AI referral traffic in GA4 so you can see what those visits do once they land — which, for most clients, converts several times better than organic.
Do we stop doing SEO?
No. Gemini runs on Google's ranking infrastructure and AI Overviews are built on the organic index, so if you are invisible in classic search you will be invisible there too.
Think of GEO as a layer on top. In practice about half the work overlaps, which is why we usually run both from a single roadmap rather than selling them as separate projects.
Which languages and markets can you cover?
We work across English, Russian, Latvian, Swedish and German, and we track prompts separately per language — because the answer to the same question differs by market far more than people expect.
If your category is competitive in one market and empty in another, we will tell you and start where the win is cheapest.
